Data processed by the website

Browsing may also involve the processing of technical data normally transmitted by the browser and device, such as IP address, request date and time, requested page, user agent and information required for security and service operation.
Newsletter
The data entered in the form (first name, last name, email address and phone number) is used to manage the subscription and send news, initiatives, service information and promotional communications from Skin Roma, based on the user’s consent. Subscription is optional and consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the salon or using the unsubscribe tools included in sent communications. Data collected through the form may be handled, depending on the active configuration, through Netlify for hosting and technical processing, Supabase for database storage, and Brevo for contact management and campaign delivery. Providers operate under their respective terms and privacy notices.
Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted on Netlify. The hosting provider may process technical logs and network data to provide, protect and maintain the service in accordance with its own terms and privacy information.
Fonts and external resources
For typography, the website may request resources from Google Fonts. The technical request may communicate network information required to load the resource to the relevant provider. The website does not use these requests to create user profiles.
Links to external services
Booking, messaging, social and directions buttons open external services, including Treatwell, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. Any data processing after opening those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking tools
The current version of the website does not directly install analytics, advertising or profiling cookies and does not integrate proprietary analytics tools. Any cookies from external services are managed by those platforms when the user visits them.
Purpose and legal basis
Technical data required for browsing is processed to operate the website, ensure its security, prevent abuse and resolve technical issues. For the newsletter, first name, last name, email address and phone number are processed on the basis of the user’s consent to manage the subscription and send informational and promotional communications. Any communications voluntarily initiated by the user by phone or through external platforms follow the purposes stated at the time of contact.
Retention
Newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn or until it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to any legal obligations. Technical logs are managed by infrastructure providers according to their respective retention periods and security needs.
